Amanda N. Toto, Esquire, joined the firm in February 2024 as an Associate. Ms. Toto specializes in providing dedicated support to individuals and employers involved in litigated workers’ compensation claims across the state of New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Ms. Toto interned at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office- Division of Law.
Ms. Toto earned her Juris Doctor degree from Delaware Law School in May 2023, graduating cum laude. She was a Dean’s List recipient and a recipient of the prestigious Delaware Select Merit Scholarship. She has been admitted to practice in both New Jersey and South Carolina.
Ms. Toto received her bachelor’s and master’s from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in Forensic Psychology and a bachelor’s in Criminology.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and dog, cooking, and reading.
